Using the card 3 times can instantly get me all active buildings ready to use and if I use them faster, I can get at least 2 or 3 uses out of active buildings. PS, Settler adviser is one of my favorites. Warren + two or three Water Mills = 200 population in the fastest hurry of any combo you need either park or breed to go houseless or get super lucky and get the advisor that gives 1 rat per building if you dont have a pop increaser then your still doing houses. There NO reason for ever picking slums event, ever, just not worth it (not to mention is easier to get houses from chests or events). They are nothing more than a house with negative minus 2 tax (level 2). Now lets talks about the ugly duck in the room. Apartment should at least give +20 or +25 Ratizens and +4 or +5 tax. I have zero reason to use an Apartment when I can get more from 3 houses. This is the worst offender of all buildings. At the very least, mansion should give +5 ratizens with +7 tax or +8 tax increase.Īpartment gives +12 Ratizens and +3 tax (uses 3 spaces) on level 2. The tax increase would be good if cards like Colony (increase permanent tax to + 5 on each use after some time) didn't exist. Mansion only gives +3 Ratizens and + 6 tax on level 2 (uses 2 spaces). I can also say that other buildings need a serious rework / balance. I agree, but I suggest allowing us to chose from 3 different advisors (like the graduation event) once we max Ratopia. ![]()
